Organisational structure
The management structure of EvaMobs is designed to ensure efficient decision making, communication and implementation. The project organisational structure includes the following committees and external advisory board:

- Executive Committee (ExC)
- Steering Committee (SC)
- Scientific and Technical Committee (STC)
- Innovation Management Committee (IMC)
Executive Committee (ExC)
Composed of the coordinator, Cláudio M Soares, the co-coordinator, Diana Lousa, and the project manager Catarina Carmo. It is responsible for guaranteeing that the project is running according to plan and that the project objectives, deliverables and milestones are achieved and there is effective communication between partners and with the EC.
The ExC will coordinate consortium meetings, be responsible for financial, administrative and legal management, and report and receive feedback from the EC and other stakeholders. It will also be responsible for maintaining and managing the Consortium Agreement and by promoting gender equality, compliance with UN sustainable development goals and best practices recognized by the EC.
Steering Committee (SC)
Chaired by the project coordinator Cláudio M Soares, the SC includes members from all partners, besides the co-coordinator Diana Lousa. It coordinates decision-making and ensures that the deliverables and milestones are achieved.
Scientific and Technical Comittee (STC)
Coordinated by Miguel Castanho, the STC includes all WP leaders. It supervises the scientific and technical work, ensuring communication with and between work packages, and will make sure that technical/scientifical hurdles are overcome. The STC conclusions are reported to the SC.
Innovation Management Committee (IMC)
Coordinated by Xavier Saelens, the IMC includes one member from each partner and, if possible, a representative from the innovation unit from that same partner. It advises on the management of knowledge and of IP and other innovation-related activities arising in the EvaMobs project, assuring that the outputs of the project will be exploited and disseminated in an effective way, reporting to the SC.
